1. Digital operation panel sets size which is easy to handle.

2. With rotary cutter type is multifunctional.It is able to make straight cut on both sides,make straight cut on one side and bevel cut on another side;or make symmetry bevel cut on both sides,  (The angle of bevel cut can set 0-45°,margin of error: ±1°）When cut the elastic with Letter/logo,can set "With waste" on the panel to ensure the cutting logo direction is the same.

3. Photoelectricity sensor is able to pre loosen tape in non-touch way.

4. Ultrasonic welding and cutting makes the section perfect without any scattering,which solves the shortage and dimension error by manual work.

5. Professional design adopts pin wheel to send elastic band,which reduces elastic stretch during sending and improves accuracy.

6. Manipulator material collecting system does not need manual sorting,and can collect more than 100 strips one time.

8. Artificial alarm system would automatically stop and alarm when encounters material entanglement,knot,or production completed.

9. Safety light curtain protection system makes the operation safer(When the hand is carelessly inserted into the dangerous area,it will automatically stop and alarm.)

10. Production setting:0-50000;Max width:60mm(more than 60mm track wheels need to be customized);Max cutting length:2500mm(Margin of error:±2mm in 100cm);Auto stop when finishing the pre-setting production.

11.Work efficiency: 40 strips per minute in 500mm.

12.1 person can operate 2-3 sets machine simultaneously(Save a lot of labor cost and improve the quality).
